Fulfilment Centres

We use multiple fulfilment centres across Australia.

  • We usually dispatch from the nearest available fulfilment centre.
  • Stock levels and logistics may require us to ship from a different location, which can affect delivery times.
  • By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that dispatch location may vary.

This protects us from claims related to variations in fulfilment centre assignment.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates depend on your location and the courier. Typical delivery windows are:

  • 3–10 business days within Australia
  • Remote or rural areas may take longer

Delivery times are estimates only. The Kitchen Store is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier
  • Delays caused by weather, peak periods, or operational disruptions
  • Deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. These fees are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Failed Deliveries / Returned Parcels

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address, or
  • Failure to collect the parcel

You may be responsible for re-delivery costs.

Lost or Damaged Parcels During Transit

If your order appears lost or damaged during transit:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will open an investigation with the courier
  • Resolutions depend on the courier’s assessment

We will assist you in good faith but are not liable for delays or courier errors.
