This Tracking Policy outlines how order tracking works and the responsibilities of both parties.

Tracking Information

When your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A link to monitor the progress of your delivery

Tracking updates are controlled by the courier, not by The Kitchen Store.

Accuracy of Tracking

The Kitchen Store is not responsible for:

  • Delays in tracking updates
  • Gaps or lack of scans
  • Incorrect or outdated tracking information provided by the courier

Tracking data is provided “as is” directly from the shipping provider.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Monitoring their tracking link
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel
  • Contacting the courier for delivery-related questions once the parcel is in transit

If tracking shows the item as delivered, The Kitchen Store is not responsible for:

  • Theft after delivery
  • Parcels delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer
  • Parcels lost after being marked as delivered

Delayed Deliveries

Delays can occur for reasons outside our control.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Sorting errors
  • Peak-season congestion

Lost Parcels

If tracking does not update for an extended period, contact us and we will initiate an investigation on your behalf.
A replacement or refund will only be issued after the courier completes the investigation and confirms the parcel is lost.
